At RFAQK, we want you to be happy with your purchase. We understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange an item, and we are here to make it easy for you. Please read our returns policy carefully before making a purchase.

How to Return an Item?

➜ You can return any item within 30 days of purchase, as long as it is in its original condition and packaging, with the receipt and the return label attached.

➜ Each product you buy from us will come with a label of return address, which will be emailed to you or shipped with the parcel, in case you want to return it.

➜ To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service Team at contact@rfaqk.com and provide your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason for the return. We will send you a confirmation email with the instructions on how to ship the item back to us.

➜ You are responsible for the shipping cost of returning the item, unless the item is defective or damaged. Please use the preferred shipper and the address that comes on the label with the parcel.

➜ Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and process your refund within 7 days. If the return does not meet our criteria, we may deny your refund or charge a restocking fee.

Refund Policy

➜ We offer a 100% refund on the purchase price of the item, excluding the shipping cost, if you return it within 30 days of purchase.

➜ In rare occurrences, refunds are not guaranteed and rely on the state of the returned goods. We hold the right to deny refunds for items not in their original form or packaging, or missing parts or accessories.

➜ The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used for the order. We process the refund within 7 business days upon receiving the return. However, some payment processors or PayPal or some banks may require additional time to apply the credit to your account.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order within 10 hours of placing it, as long as it has not been shipped yet. To cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service Team at contact@rfaqk.com and provide your order number and the reason for the cancellation. We will send you a confirmation email and process your refund as soon as possible.

If your order has already been shipped, you cannot cancel it, but you can return it within 30 days of purchase, following the steps above.

Replacement Parts & Products

If you encounter any issues with your purchase or suspect a defect, kindly provide our Customer Service Team at contact@rfaqk.com with visual evidence such as photos or videos. This will enable us to assess the situation under our warranty. Depending on the circumstances and availability, we will either send you a replacement part or product, offer a refund, or facilitate an exchange.

Please note that our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, or improper care of the item.

International Returns

Our shipping services are limited to the United States only. If you have purchased a RFAQK product from another country, please return it to the place of purchase. We regret to inform you that we cannot be held responsible for any international returns or refunds.
